Hi, I’m Lauren—founder of Mintbody Pilates and a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor through Balanced Body®. I’m also trained in the MELT Method® and Oxygen Advantage® breathwork. My approach combines mindful movement, gentle self-treatment, and breath techniques to help you feel stronger, more mobile, and more at ease in your body—at any age.
I specialize in working with people who want to move better, manage pain, and feel more connected to their bodies. Whether you’re new to movement, dealing with chronic stiffness, recovering from an injury, or just need a reset, I’ll meet you where you are.
All sessions are online—personalized one-on-one or small group classes—whether you’re on the mat, using your own reformer or chair at home, or practicing MELT and breathwork to ease tension and support whole-body wellness, my goal is to help you move better, feel better, and live better.
Pilates
Online one-on-one and small group Pilates sessions using reformer, chair, and/or mat to build strength, improve mobility, and support long-term wellness.
MELT Method®
Gentle classes using balls that helps relieve pain, improve mobility and balance, and supports managing chronic conditions such as plantar fasciitis and neuropathy.
Breathwork
Guided sessions using Oxygen Advantage® techniques to increase energy, reduce stress and anxiety, improve respiratory function, support asthma management, and enhance athletic performance and mental focus.
Lotus spa center is the best till date I have experienced in past few months. They know hospitality very well. Even the spa & massage is extremely soothing. Rates are also pretty reasonable.
